We provide more than a meal to our senior neighbors, we provide:
Nutritious Meals
Through the assistance of generous grants and funders, we provide South Florida's seniors with healthy meals & nutrition education, allowing them to age with dignity in their own homes.
Safety Checks
Many times, a Meals on Wheels volunteer may be the only person a senior may see that week. Volunteers provide a safety check and can relay any pertinent safety information back to the
Meals on Wheels office.
Friendly Visits
Volunteers offer more than a meal- they offer friendship, companionship and memories that both our seniors and volunteers cherish. The special bond they form with one another is a priceless gift.
