Serving South Florida's Seniors Since 1984

Nutrition Education
All of our meals meet the USDA's recommended nutritional value for seniors. Healthy meals are vital to seniors who are on restricted diets and taking medication.

Home Meal Delivery
9 out of 10 Meals on Wheels recipients report that they feel more secure in their homes, where they want to be. Our volunteers are often the only person a senior will see during the week.

Congregate Dining Sites
Senior dining sites in Broward County allow seniors to interact with one another, enjoy a nutritious meal and participate in numerous activities like silver sneakers, arts and crafts, and more.
